Kites
Once a quarter, our church holds an activity for children ages 3-12. This quarter, my good friend Sarah thought it would be fun to have the kids make kites. She was right - they LOVED it! The weather was perfect, too. Not too sunny and not too hot with a little bit of a breeze. It was a ton of fun for everyone!

Can't resist sharing a video of our (then) 2 1/2 yr old towing a small Diamond into the air! It's our kite for kids design which quite a few visitors to our site have made and flown with their children. Personally, at 49 I still haven't grown out of flying kites... :-)
