The kids got a gift certificate to Build A Bear for Christmas. So, last Monday we went to the mall and they built their "bears", which actually turned out to be a kitty and a bunny. I wondered if Ethan would be too old for it, but he really liked it. He got a kick out of all the stuff you could dress the animals in. He finally decided on an army outfit for his "Bunny von Fluffypants."
Katie choose a Kitty Cat, which we figure is fitting since we call her Katie Kat. She was addicted to the hearts, but as soon as she saw the fluffing station, it was all over. She spent about 15 minutes fluffing the cat. Once we got home, she was more interested in the hanger than the cat -
ring any bells? But, she loves it now and sleeps with it every night.

looks like you guys are having fun. We just took Leah there for the first time the other day and she had a blast also.
Sounds like fun -- and good timing. I'm sure it was a happy distraction for a while. Your kids look happy and cute.
