One thing I will miss...
is the light here. We are only 40 miles from PST and so it stays light really late in the summer. This picture was taken a couple nights ago when I took Baxter on a walk through the area in our neighborhood still under construction. No flash, no enhancements - this is 10pm at night. Being a night owl, I LOVE it!

It is pretty light here too -- I promise. But you can't see very far in the distance, too many trees. I appreciate the wide open spaces much more now. But the green is beautiful too.
