Katie is developing her own little personality. She's reached some impressive milestones, first of which is sleeping for 10+ hours at a stretch. THANK YOU, KATIE! She's also gotten remarkably better at grasping objects and pulling them to her mouth. But our favorite is her "hi" wave to Greg whenever he comes home from work. For a couple days, we weren't sure if it was a deliberate wave, but now she'll do it anytime you say, "Hi, Katie!" So, I guess it's legitimate. Her latest stunt we'll just call the "Leaning Tower of Katie." It only occurs when Greg holds her. For some reason, she'll lean as far as she possibly can. This is extremely awkward for her Daddy (men have their center of gravity in their chest). Thus, his only option is to hold her facing out. As you can see, she's turning into quite the character.
In other news, our friends welcomed a new little one into the world this past week. They sent me a darling picture , so I couldn't help trying out a few photoshop techniques on it. She's beautiful - congratulations!
