We had the missionaries over for dinner tonight. They had to be home by 6pm, so they didn't get to celebrate much, but we made them wear these silly hats and sent them home with some "Mormon Bubbly" and muddy buddies. Who knows if they will come back for dinner again, but they seemed to have a good time.Since we're still recovering from traveling and colds, we decided to skip the parties. We just stayed at home, wore the silly headbands around the house, play board games and watch the ball drop at 9pm.

That is definitely an advantage of living on the west coast. We were in bed by 10 so we missed the ball drop. Now if we were living in, say, Chicago . . . Anyway. . . Have a happy New Year!!
